This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Virginia, without regard to principles of conflict of laws.
To the extent you have in any manner violated or threatened to violate the intellectual property rights of JapaneseMasteryMethod.com, we may seek injunction or other appropriate relief in any state or federal court in the State of Virginia, and you consent to exclusive jurisdiction and venue in such courts.
If a dispute arises under this agreement, we agree to first try to resolve it with the help of a mutually agreed-upon mediator in the following location: Albemarle County. Any costs and fees other than attorney fees associated with the mediation will be shared equally by each of us.
If it proves impossible to arrive at a mutually satisfactory solution through mediation, we agree to submit the dispute to binding arbitration at the following location: Albemarle County under the rules of the American Arbitration Association. Judgment upon the award rendered by the arbitration may be entered in any court with jurisdiction to do so.
The cost to try the first three Units of the course for 21 days is $1. The total cost of the course is three payments of $97. If you have not notified us indicating that you intend to cancel payments, the first payment of $97 will process on the 22nd day after initial sign-up for the $1 trial.
If you have not contacted us indicating that you would like to discontinue the program, 30 days after the first payment of $97 processed, the second payment of $97 will process, and the final payment of $97 will process 30 days after that.
There are no further charges or fees.
